Right-click Network Neighborhood and select Properties.

Double-click New Connection Wizard.

Click Next.

Select Set up an Advanced Connection and click Next.

Select Connect directly to another computer and click Next.

Select Guest and click Next.

Type in a connection name and click Next.

Choose the COM port your null modem cable is connected to and click Next.

Select My use only and click Next.

If you would like, select to add a shortcut to the desktop and click Finish.

At the log-in prompt, select Properties.

On the General tab, select Configure.

Configure the settings shown below and click OK.

Select the Networking tab, select PPP from the pull-down menu and only leave TCP/IP for the protocol type selected and click OK.

Enter the username of clariion and a password of clariion! and click Connect.

16.

Wait for the logon credentials to be authenticated and you are connected.

Open a web browser and connect to http://192.168.1.1/setup.

2.

Enter all Networking information and click Apply Settings.

3.

Establish a PPP connection to SPB. Open a web browser and connect to http://192.168.1.1/setup.

Enter all Networking information and click Apply Settings.
